This class is designed for students who have successfully completed Fabrics Level 2. Requirements for joining this level are as follows:

  1. Windmill Hipkey from standing on the floor

  2. Tie double figure 8 footlocks air

  3. Tie eggbeater wraps and dancers locks in the air

  4. Can do a 1-2 minute sequence in the air

Focus in Level 3 is mastering windmill hipkeys in the air and the skills that come from it, as well as learning to invert in a crochet from the floor. We begin working on flamenco handgrips that are weight bearing and inversion conditioning from slipknots.

There are no formal make ups for missed class, however if the student is going to be absent they need to contact us and let us know beforehand so if there is a make up option, we can make arrangements. Due to Covid 19 - if we feel it is unsafe to continue our program, we will temporarily halt the session and then restart when it is safe to do so.
