Having trouble holding a tuck? Hollow body got ya down? Can't invert? Cross Back Straddle not happening? Get winded in class before the warm up is over? Well folks, we've got your answer. This class is a boot camp and mental challenge to get your muscles in working gear for what the circus demands at them. We spend our time isolating and focusing on muscle groups such as your lats and core. We will do endurance workouts, muscle strengthening, inversion training and more. Its hard work, but fun too and you will see changes after taking this class! No experience necessary.

In the Dark Circus Arts Refund/Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund for a class or workshop you must notify In the Dark Circus Arts at inthedarkcircusarts@gmail.com 7 days before the start of the session to receive a refund. Once a class session has started no refunds will be given. There are no formal make ups for missed class, however if the student is going to be absent they need to contact us and let us know beforehand so if there is a make up option, we can make arrangements. Due to Covid 19 - if we feel it is unsafe to continue our program, we will temporarily halt the session and then restart when it is safe to do so.
