Focus: Leveling up on strength, learning straddle mounts and pull overs, longer sequencing and more complex skills in the lyra
Lyra Height: Chin height
Sample Skills: Pull Overs, double knee hook side saddle, pull up training, front balances, back balances, Running Man, Fish on a hook, Candlestick, Wine Glass Split (Mary contraire) Jacque Cousteau, Christ Hang, Roll to hips, Hips slip to angel, Angel to Angel, thread the needle, Lion in the Tree roll out, Inverted Split, 1/2 Monty, Shoulder Stand, Arrow, No Hands, 12/6 split, gazelle roll overs, front balance roll to knees, coffin, dragonfly, Peek-a-boo Angel. Taught by Tom Martin
Requirements to move to Level 2:
Safely mount and dismount the lyra
Must be able to move comfortably through beginner sequences of 5 skills
Must be able to hang from knees for a 5 count
Must be able to hold a tuck for a 2 count
Instructor approval

In the Dark Circus Arts Refund/Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund for a class or workshop you must notify In the Dark Circus Arts at inthedarkcircusarts@gmail.com 7 days before the start of the session to receive a refund. Once a class session has started no refunds will be given. There are no formal make ups for missed class, however if the student is going to be absent they need to contact us and let us know beforehand so if there is a make up option, we can make arrangements. Due to Covid 19 - if we feel it is unsafe to continue our program, we will temporarily halt the session and then restart when it is safe to do so.
