Stretch In Strength

The Stretch in Strength class is a fusion of flexibility training and strength-building exercises, designed to improve mobility, core stability, and overall muscular endurance. This class emphasizes the balance between elongating and strengthening muscles, helping participants achieve a greater range of motion while building functional strength. No experience required. Come start the year out right with a strong, yet flexy body!
Our adult classes start at age 14.
